REVEALED: Man City line up three young guns to replace Fernandinho

Manchester City are casting a wide net to find a long-term replacement for Fernandinho.

City boss Pep Guardiola is driving the search.

Rodri of Atletico Madrid, Tanguy Ndombele of Lyon and Real Madrid's Marcos Llorente make up the list of three potential midfield arrivals at the Etihad this summer, according to Sky Sports News.

Guardiola is said to be searching for a suitable replacement for the ageing Fernandinho, who's been a wonderful servant to the club, winning three Premier League titles in his six year spell at the club.

Fernandinho will continue his time at the Etihad, but it appears the boss is looking for a suitable heir to the Brazilian, who's role in the team is vital to the way City play.
