Leicester City boss Brendan Rodgers has supporters inside Chelsea, it has been revealed.

Chelsea boss Frank Lampard is safe for the time being but Rodgers has admirers at Stamford Bridge, reports ESPN.

Chelsea have lost four of their last six Premier League matches, with Sunday's 3-1 loss to Manchester City particularly chastening.

For now, the 42-year-old's job is safe.

But Rodgers 'has admirers' at Stamford Bridge - having previously spent time at Chelsea as a coach.

The Leicester boss was a member of staff during the Jose Mourinho and Andre Villas-Boas eras and, since departing, has done well in management.
