Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho has revealed what makes Marcus Rashford special following the Englishman's match winning free kick in United's crucial Europa League semi final clash with Celta Vigo tonight.
With 23 minutes remaining and the match tied at 0-0, Rashford lashed home a stunning free kick past Celta Vigo keeper Sergio Alvarez to secure United an away goal and the victory. Speaking after the game, Mourinho insisted that Rashford's efforts were no fluke.
"He's a 19-year-old kid," the manager told BT Sport.
"But he's a 19-year-old kid that's in love with football. A kid that finishes a training session and stays half an hour more to take free-kicks and to wait for the opportunity. It's his mentality. He works, he works, he works. He's very mature and let's forget the age because what matters is not the age, it's the quality.
