Inter Milan president Erick Thohir is set for talks with the agent of Manchester United striker Javier Hernandez. Both clubs are in the US on preseason tour and Tuttosport says Thohir is due to meet with Chicharito's agent, Eduardo Hernandez, in Washington.
Inter are seeking a buyer for Fredy Guarin and will include the Colombia midfielder in their offer to United for Hernandez.
Thohir is confident of smooth negotiations, with the clubs growing closer over the past six months.
Inter have signed former United captain Nemanja Vidic already this summer and also welcomed their chief operating officer Michael Bolingbroke last month to the front office.
