REVEALED: Inter Milan planned to send Man Utd whiz Chong to Jiangsu Suning

Manchester United youngster Tahith Chong is ready to quit for Inter Milan at the end of the season.

The 20-year-old Dutchman appears unlikely to renew his contract at Old Trafford, and his representatives have remained locked in talks with their Italian counterparts to reach an agreement.

Calciomercato.com says Chong will sign with Inter until 2025 and is likely to then be sent out on loan next season.

The report claims that the deal is close to completion, but Chong has made it clear that he was firmly against a short-term spell with Chinese Super League outfit Jiangsu Suning.

In response, Inter are believed to have drawn up a list of potential other options, including Verona and Sassuolo, to ensure Chong continues to develop through regular first-team action.
