Indy Eleven president Peter Wilt admits they made an attempt for USA wing-back DaMarcus Beasley.
Before signing for Houston Dynamo, Beasley, who had left Puebla, did discuss a move to Indy with Wilt.
"He felt like he could make a little more money in MLS and he felt he could play at that level a little longer," Wilt told Indystar.com.
