Premier League side Leeds United have spent €28 million to sign Georginio Rutter.
The former Hoffenheim star has signed on the dotted line for the club, with the deal including another €12 million paid over time.
Per Kicker, Hoffenheim have even secured a future sale clause in the deal.
If Leeds sell Rutter, any transfer fee would have to be split, with Hoffenheim getting ten percent.
Leeds fans will not be too concerned about the deal, as they will hope that Rutter stays at the club and shines for the long-term.
However, the report does suggest the Premier League strugglers paid a lot of money to secure the attacker.
