Noni Madueke has resisted a return to England to sign a new deal with PSV Eindhoven.
The former Tottenham prospect joined PSV 18 months ago and has played his way to a new deal through to 2024.
De Telegraaf says Madueke's impact in Holland did not go unnoticed in England, where Manchester City and Arsenal both made contact with him about a return to England next season.
Borussia Dortmund and RB Leipzig had also made contact, but Madueke inked terms with PSV this week.
Madueke, 18, after being released by Spurs, had trials in the summer of 2018 with Manchester United, but despite being offered terms, chose to pursue his career with PSV.
