Chelsea worked closely with the Moroccan FA over the playing management of Hakim Ziyech this week.
The Blues take on Southampton this Saturday, with the Moroccan in line to feature in the Premier League for the first time, reports the Daily Star.
Ziyech has withdrawn from international duty this week, returning to west London to prepare for club duty.
But the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (RMFF) have confirmed that Chelsea asked for the attacker to be given some game time during the break.
As such, Ziyech made a cameo appearance against Senegal during the 3-1 win on Friday night, grabbing an assist after coming off the bench in the 59th minute.
