Chelsea decided against dealing in new VfB Stuttgart signing Mohamed Sankoh, it has been revealed.

Goal says Chelsea chose not to sign triallist Sankoh, who has now completed a move to Stuttgart.

The 16-year-old had been impressing in Stoke's under-18 side, earning him a trial with the Blues recently.

But Sankoh did not do enough to convince Chelsea staff he was one for the future.

The Dutchman has now headed to the Bundesliga, with Stuttgart confirming his signing on Friday.
