Manchester United and Chelsea are locked in a battle to sign Kai Havertz from Bayer Leverkusen.
Both Premier League clubs, as well as Real Madrid and Bayern Munich, want the 21-year-old, who has not decided where to go next.
And the Manchester Evening News says three factors will determine where Havertz goes in the summer, if he moves at all.
Those factors include playing time, as he wants to ensure he is in the Euro 2021 team with Germany.
He is also concerned about the Champions League, which United may not qualify for, unless they finish in the top four or win the Europa League.
And the final aspect is the team's project, as he wants to ensure he is joining a club that is on the up and has the right mentality.
