Chelsea are prepared to cut loose fullback Wallace.

Wallace joined Serie ACarpi yesterday on a season-long loan.

And its been revealed the deal includes the option for Carpi to sign the Brazilian permanently.

The 21-year-old, who joined the Blues from Fluminense in December 2012, has previous experience of Serie A having spent the 2013-14 campaign on loan at Inter Milan.

A statement published on Carpi's official website revealed the top-flight debutants possess the option to buy the Brazilian at the end of the 2015-16 campaign.
