Andre Schurrle had equal offers from Fulham and Crystal Palace last summer, it has been revealed.

After choosing to leave Borussia Dortmund, Schurrle had loan offers from Fulham and Palace, reports Fussball Transfers.

In the end, the Germany attacker chose Fulham, which have taken him on a two-season loan for a fee of just €400,000.

For their part, BVB are happy with the arrangement, convinced Fulham can protect their asset with the view to eventually selling the attacker for a major fee.

Interestingly, it's also been revealed Schurrle rejected an offer from AC Milan to join Fulham.
