Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich had a very simple way of letting then manager Carlo Ancelotti know that he was unhappy with the team's performances.

When the Blues would lose under Ancelotti, who guided them to a league title in the 2009-2010 season, Ancelotti would text him a question mark!

It was the simplest way for the Russian owner to let the club's manager know that he must get the team to do better next time around.

And Ancelotti had his own way of answering, as he would send Roman back an exclamation mark!

Ancelotti was sacked a year after his title success.

Sky Italia journalist Fabio Caressa admitted: "Ancelotti told me that Abramovich also texted him, always the same, especially in times when things were not going well.

"He only sent him a question mark. Instead he, the genius, that is, Carlo, answered him only with an exclamation mark."
