Real Madrid have been encouraged in their interest in Manchester City star Kevin de Bruyne.

Tuttosport says Real intermediaries have been informed by De Bruyne's representatives that he's interested in a move to Madrid.

De Bruyne is desperate to win the Champions League and fears their two season UEFA ban will leave him empty handed.

As such, the Belgian is weighing up his options and his minders have contacted their Real counterparts to alert them of his plans.

Interestingly, just this week, Roberto Carlos made a plea to PSG star Neymar about his own Champions League ambitions.

The Galactico stated: "Real Madrid today is a reference for any player. Do you want to win the Champions League? Come to Real Madrid."
