Rennes are seeking a buyer for Paul-Georges Ntep.

L'Equipe says Rennes intend to sell Ntep in January as the winger is inside the final year of his current deal.

The France international was interesting Tottenham before the summer market and has been linked with Chelsea and Arsenal.

It's also been claimed he even held secret talks at Liverpool's Melwood training ground last season.

Ntep says he's prepared for Rennes to sell him in midseason: "Rennes allowed me to go pro, they really launched me in Ligue 1. It would be insulting the club if I left for free. It's not in my mentality."
