Released Elche midfielder Javier Pastore is weighing up his next move.

The former Argentina and PSG midfielder is expected to make a decision over Christmas.

Pastore said, "I am in Qatar to support Argentina in the World Cup and I want the best for the fans and for them.

"Therefore, I have not yet thought of any team. As of December 19, I will begin to move to see what the market offers. Then I will make a decision."

He also explained on Elche: "We chose not to continue together because he did not play continuously and it was not good for the club that he was not playing."
