Released Bolton Wanderers defender Danny Shittu is calm over his club future.
Reports in Scotland claim Shittu has rejected the chance to prove his fitness at Celtic.
But the player himself seems confident of finding first-team football, following his disappointing spell at the Reebok.
"Contrary to negative reports about what happened between me and Bolton, God has destined me to join a team that would put smiles on my face and that of my fans," said the big defender.
"I have some offers in England and some top ones too in Europe and I am confident that within a week, I will duly announce my preferred club.
"The most important thing for me is to join a club that will make me happy and also give me playing time so that I will be able to enjoy football the way I used to."
