Reiss Nelson admits he'd welcome new contract talks at Arsenal.

The winger is being celebrated by Arsenal fans this week after scoring twice in Sunday's 5-0 rout of Nottingham Forest.

Nelson said, "Of course, a new contract would be fantastic and I would like to commit myself to the club.

"But I'm just concentrating on doing the right thing.

"I spoke to the coach (Mikel Arteta) before the start of the season and he was very clear with me.

"He said he's seen a change in my game and my attitude, which he really likes and he thinks that's the team could really benefit. There were no talks with me about a move in the summer."
