Reims face competition to sign Everton striker Fraser Hornby.
The Liverpool Echo says Hornby is at the centre of a transfer battle with two European clubs as Everton prepare to cash in on the young striker.
French side Stade de Reims are favourites to land the Scottish youth international but they now face competition from an unnamed German club who are also said to have registered 'firm interest' with the Blues.
It is thought that Everton will demand a fee of around £1.8m for the 20-year-old who will be entering the final 12 months of his Goodison contract next month.
Hornby has played for the Blues' first-team, making his senior debut in the 2017 Europa League dead rubber with Apollon Limassol, and spent this season on-loan in Belgium with Kortrijk.
