QPR boss Harry Redknapp has handed Luke Young a club lifeline.

Young has been out of action after undergoing knee surgery but is on the mend and returned to training this week under the watchful eye of Redknapp.

"Luke is back in training," revealed the QPR boss. "He joined in with the group the other day for the first time since I've been here. I have got no problem with Luke, I've known him a long time, he's a good player and we'd like to get him fit."
