Former Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp admits being a manager changes your personality.
Redknapp says he finally found happiness on I'm a Celeb… after life as a top football manager turned him into a “miserable rotter".
Redknapp, 72, who was crowned King of the Jungle on last year's show, admits he struggled to sleep after games when boss of Spurs – even if they had won.
“You become a miserable rotter when you become a football manager, you forget how to laugh," he says. “When you got beat it was like a death in the family. I couldn't face talking to anybody.
“Saturday night I didn't sleep a wink – I'd be buzzing when we won and when we lost I'd be fighting with the pillow all night."
