Former England midfielder Jamie Redknapp feels Manchester United need a player in the guise of N'Golo Kante.

Speaking on Sky Sports prior to Southampton's Premier League game with Chelsea, Redknapp commented on Kante:

"You see the legs and the athleticism he's got, he's a great signing.

"There will be so many clubs thinking "why didn't we sign him". You look at Manchester United's midfield crying out for someone like him.

"He presses, he can pass, he's just flying at the moment."
