Former Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp admits picking out Leicester City ace James Maddison when he was a reserve-teamer at Coventry City.
Redknapp also insists Maddison should now be a regular for England.
He told Sky Sports, "I first saw James play in a reserve game at QPR, at half-time I said to his manager Steven Pressley, 'my God can he play or what, that kid', and he said, 'yeah, he's going to be a big player'.
"We've been short of that person who can just do something fantastic and I would have you in the England team every day of the week and I'm not saying that because you're (Maddison) on here today, I really would."
