Red Star Belgrade chief Terzic announces Lazetic joining AC Milan

Red Star Belgrade chief Zvezdan Terzic has announced Marko Lazetic will join AC Milan.

Milan will sign Lazetic for a fee of €5m.

Speaking with Telegraf.rs, Terzic declared: “There has been interest from big clubs for Lazetic, we have had offers from Zenit, RB Salzburg, Fiorentina. These are indications that repay the huge investments in our youth sector, which costs us €3m a year.

“The transfer of Lazetic to Milan is an indication of the good work done over the years. Yesterday we agreed everything with Milan, now I expect Lazetic to negotiate his conditions through his agents and sign the contract.

“For Red Star it is a great recognition to have one of their own players at Milan after 30 years."
