Red Bull are set to muscle in on Chelsea's partnership with Vitesse Arnhem.

BILD says with RB Leipzig driving the push, an approach to Vitesse is being considered.

Red Bull are yet to establish a Dutch partner and officials at RBL view the move as advantageous in accelerating the development of their young players.

Vitesse and Chelsea still have strong links, with Charly Musonda having been on-loan this season, and held talks as late as January about more Blues players joining the squad on temporary deals.

But the appointment of Thomas Letsch as new coach, after several years with Red Bull Salzburg, in place of Leonid Slutsky does suggest a change in direction for the Eredivisie outfit.
