Leeds United and the 49ers Enterprises are close to coming to a full sale agreement.
Per The Mail, the Elland Road club are due to be owned by the same group as the San Francisco 49ers NFL side.
Chairman Andrea Radrizzani, who is the majority shareholder, has been trying to get the best deal.
After relegation to the Championship, 49ers Enterprises have valued the whole of the club at around £170 million after relegation.
Radrizzani is hoping to get more for his majority stake, but an agreement may be close.
The club will then look at the footballing side of their operation, as they aim to hire replacements for Victor Orta (director of football) and Sam Allardyce (interim head coach).
