Real Sociedad have confirmed they will sign Norway defender Vadim Demidov in January.

The Latvia-born centre-back will join the club in January when his deal with Rosenborg expires.

He will join a squad which has made a solid start to life back in the Primera Division and, having picked up four points from their opening two matches, were unlucky to lose at home to Real Madrid on Saturday night.
