Arjen Robben was delighted with his personal performance in Real Madrid's 2-1 defeat at Roma on Tuesday night.

The former Chelsea winger enjoyed a great tussle with Roma fullback Christian Panucci and produced his best game since arriving at Real in the summer.

"It was my first big game after the injury," said Robben. "At the moment I feel in a good state of form again and when I feel like that, I can play better. In spite of everything, I can improve, but I feel very happy with my state of form.

"I am again enjoying my football. Madrid will overcome Roma at the Bernabeu."
