Chelsea ace Eden Hazard has agreed personal terms with Real Madrid, it has been claimed.

Onda Madrid says Real now have a full agreement with Hazard over a summer transfer.

However, Madrid still need to agree terms with Chelsea, who are demanding £170m for their star player.

The Champions League holders don't want to pay anywhere near that amount and are now looking at other options to lower the price.

Florentino Perez and co. are willing to allow Mateo Kovacic to stay at Stamford Bridge as part of the transfer.

But if that was to fail then Marco Asensio, who has struggled to hold down a regular place at the Bernabeu, may be used as a makeweight with any deal.
