Real Madrid whizkid Martin Odegaard has hinted he'd welcome the chance to play alongside Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford.

Rashford hit a hat-trick for England U21 against Norway yesterday.

When quizzed whether he could imagine himself lining-up alongside Rashford in the future at Madrid, United or another of Europe's super clubs, he just replied with a smile and told The Sun: “Maybe, maybe."

Odegaard added: “Yeah I think it is [My first game in England]. It was a good atmosphere and they have a good crowd here.

“We played really, really good in the first thirty minutes and we could have been maybe two up.

“It's maybe not bad luck, but we should have done better in the second half.

“The goalkeeper did a really good job - but we have to score those chances if we are to win games like this."
