Il Mattino says Real Madrid are willing to offer near €100m for Koulibaly.
Napoli see him as untouchable and will not accept an offer under €100m.
However if Madrid are desperate they may go higher for the player.
They lost 2-0 to Real Sociedad on Saturday and are 10 points behind Barcelona.
