Real Madrid striker Luka Jovic is ready to leave for AC Milan.

Currently carrying a foot injury, the Serbia international isn't expected to play again this season.

And Sportmediaset says after a disappointing first campaign in Madrid, Jovic is prepared to cut his losses and pursue his career elsewhere.

Jovic has approved an approach from Milan and is ready to enter negotiations about a summer move to Italy.

For their part, Milan cannot meet Real's €50m valuation and instead will seek a two-season loan with a purchase option - though will insist it not be obligatory.

Jovic joined Real only last summer from Eintracht Frankfurt for €60m.
