Real Madrid president Florentino will break contract policy for Ramos

Real Madrid president Florentino Perez is ready to open new contract talks with Sergio Ramos.

The captain's current deal runs to 2021 and there has been talk of a new contract being unlikely given Ramos' demands.

But Okdiario's chief pundit Eduardo Inda, speaking on El Chiringuito de Jugones has revealed a new deal is now being drawn up by Florentino's people.

"An offer will arrive in the next weeks to the most important Real Madrid player in the last 10 years, I mean Sergio Ramos," said Inda.

"They will offer him two more seasons, breaking the thesis of the club renewing from year to year when they are 35 years old.

"He ends his contract in 2021, but he will finish his career at Real Madrid. He would not like to undertake adventures like China or the United States. They are delighted with Sergio Ramos' role in the team."

Ramos turns 34 years of age in March.
