Real Madrid won't be moving for free agent Roberto Firmino, it has been claimed.

The departing Liverpool striker Roberto Firmino is said to be in contact with Real about a Bosman move.

And Real's need for a player of Firmino's ability has intensified since today's announcement that Karim Benzema is leaving this summer.

But Jose Luis Sanchez on El Chiringuito is reporting Firmino isn't an option for Real.

Instead, president Florentino Perez sees Tottenham striker Harry Kane as the perfect replacement for Benzema. With Kane having a year on his contract, Florentino is ready to pounce.
