Real Madrid president Florentino Perez is prepared to raise over €250m from a massive sell off this summer.

That's according to Okdiario, which reports Florentino is planning a major clearout.

Álvaro Odriozola, currently on-loan with Bayern Munich, along with Gareth Bale and James Rodriguez, will all be put up for sale with the aim of raising €130-150m. Mariano Diaz will be put up for sale at €30m, with Lucas Vazquez and Nacho Fernandez also available for €40-50m.

Dani Ceballos, on-loan with Arsenal, can leave for €40m - with Marcelo and Luka Modric also to be encouraged to leave.
