Real Madrid president Florentino Pérez is willing to hold fire on the future of coach Zinedine Zidane.
It's been suggested Zidane will be sacked this week if Real, after defeat at Mallorca on Saturday, lose to Galatasaray in the Champions League.
But AS says Florentino is refusing to panic and is happy to keep his powder dry - for now.
The president is prepared to wait until December before making a decision.
Florentino wants to give Zidane the group phase of the Champions League to turn things around. Real's final game is in Belgium at Club Brugge on December 11.
