Real Madrid president Florentino Perez is prepared to relent and meet the asking price of Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea.

Cadena Ser says Real will go in again next summer with a €70 million bid for the 27-year-old.

The La Liga champions came close to landing the Spaniard at the end of the summer 2015 transfer window, when a late fax saw the transfer collapse.

While De Gea is Madrid's first choice, the club are also eyeing a Athletic Bilbao stopper Kepa Arrizabalaga, who would be available for €50million.

Real have twice tried to sign the Red Devils No.1 over the last three seasons.
