Real Madrid offer €180M for Mbappe to be accepted by PSG

Real Madrid could complete the signing of PSG striker Kylian Mbappe on Friday.

Marca says Real Madrid and PSG are going to close an agreement after an exchange of emails, offers and words in recent days.

Real Madrid have offered 170 million euros plus an additional 10m euros in potential bonuses and this will be accepted by the French club, finally allowing Mbappe his dream of representing the Spanish giants.

An official announcement could take place as soon as Friday, with the World Cup winner set to arrive in the Spanish capital before he joins up with the French squad for the international break.

Nasser Al-Khelaifi, the president of PSG, spoke after Thursday's Champions League draw to reiterate the stance that PSG have been made to feel uncomfortable by Los Merengues' pursuit of Mbappe, although, crucially, he didn't deny that the forward was leaving the Parc des Princes.

Real Madrid believe they have done everything within the laws of football transfers and that they have acted correctly. As soon as Mbappe made it clear that he wanted to join, the destiny of the transfer was in their hands. The green light from PSG will now soon follow.
