Real Madrid have been monitoring three young midfielders this season with the aim of adding one this summer.

Le 10 Sport says Real have been working from an internal 'secret' list, with two of three youngsters in question running around in Ligue 1.

Rennes' 17 year-old prospect Eduardo Camavinga and Lille ace Boubakary Soumare are both under consideration, plus a third unnamed player also playing outside of Spain.

In Soumare's case, Newcastle United are also pursuing his signature, having had a club record offer for the 21 year-old rejected in January.

But Real's interest will surely turn his head should they step up their pursuit in the coming months.
