Real Madrid midfielder Toni Kroos is being linked with Manchester United.

The Sun says the German could move to Old Trafford as part exchange of any deal for Paul Pogba.

Pogba's time at United is appearing to come to an end - with the 26-year-old enduring a nightmare injury-hit season in which he's played just eight games.

The France international is currently out of action again after undergoing surgery on his troublesome ankle on Thursday and is set to miss the next six weeks of the campaign.

In June, Pogba publicly declared that 'it could be a good time to have a new challenge somewhere else' while speaking during a promotional tour with adidas in Tokyo.

Pogba's potential arrival could see Kroos leave the Santiago Bernabeu - and United possibly reignite their interest in him.
