Real Mallorca have a deal in place for Real Madrid midfielder Take Kubo.

The Japan international will play the season on-loan with the LaLiga new boys.

The player traveled to the island on Thursday, passed his medical examination with the Balearic club and will sign for the season, says AS.

Arriving from FC Tokyo, the initial plan was for him to play for Raul's Castilla, but the possibility of being loaned to a Primera Division team was well received by both the player and Real Madrid.

Kubo could be registered in time for Mallorca's clash on Sunday against Real Sociedad.
