Real Madrid midfielder Martin Odegaard insists he has no problem with Carlo Ancelotti taking charge.
Ancelotti was disparaging of a teenage Odegaard when the pair were previously together at Real.
In his book, Ancelotti wrote: “He may be the best in the world, but I don't care because I never asked for him. It was a signing product of public relations."
Asked about the Italian's return, Odegaard told TV2: "He is a coach that I know and with whom I had a good relationship the last time he was there. In that sense, it is positive. But beyond that, a day has passed, so I do not know too much about what he thinks about me.
"It's not something that stresses me out. What he said was probably just that I was a player of the future. And that at Madrid many times you don't have such a great time.
"I think that's what he meant, so I didn't waste much more time on that.
"I absolutely believe that returning to Madrid will be a success."
