Real Madrid midfielder Luka Modric was pleased after their Champions League win against Inter Milan.
Real won 2-0 via goals from Marco Asensio and Toni Kroos.
Modric said afterwards: "I'm really pleased with the performance and the result because we wanted to finish top of the group and avoid the stronger teams, although once you've qualified you have to win every game if you want to win the trophy.
"I'm feeling really good, I shouldn't look at my age and just focus on my performances and what I do on the pitch. Age is becoming less of an issue as the years go by because players are able to extend their careers. I feel like I've not hit 30 yet.
"It was great to play in front of our fans, who helped us and got behind us from the first whistle. The atmosphere was fantastic. We have to thank them for that."
