Real Madrid make formal complaint to LaLiga over schedule

Real Madrid have contacted LaLiga in order to complain about the scheduling of fixtures.

After having made public the schedule for Matchday 33 and 34, Real have felt they are at a disadvantage compared to Los Cules.

What has left Real Madrid particularly unhappy is the 72-hour break between their encounters with Getafe and Athletic Club, whilst the Catalan giants will have an entire five days between their games in the same period, reports Marca.

Los Blancos have launched a formal complaint in relation to this issue, and it isn't the first time in recent years that a particular club has felt badly treated by the fixture computer.
