Real Madrid are interested in signing Declan Rice.

According to former West Ham United scout Scott Minto, Real have been speaking to Rice's family in recent weeks.

The English defensive midfielder has earned rave reviews for his performances this season.

The 20-year-old recently decided to play for England instead of Ireland.

Minto said after West Ham's 2-1 loss at Manchester United to reporters: "I'm hearing that even Real Madrid are knocking on the door and speaking to his family.

"That's what I'm hearing."
