Real Madrid legend Manolo Sanchis has rapped Zinedine Zidane over his loyalty to the BBC.

Zidane says if fit, Cristiano Ronaldo, Karim Benzema and Gareth Bale will always be first-choice in his team.

Sanchis was unimpressed by Zizou's comments and declared on Cadena COPE: "It does not seem right to say that the BBC will play whenever they're right.

"Zidane has his clear ideas and must defend them, except when out in public because he must defend everyone. It is an ambiguous and complicated message.

"Maybe someone will think that whatever I do I will play and others believe that they will not play. Zidane should send messages for all."
