Real Madrid fullback Alvaro Odriozola has explained leaving for Bayern Munich this week.
The youngster has joined Bayern to the end of the season and already underwent a first training session yesterday under coach Hansi Flick.
He said in the afternoon: "I want to thank the club for being interested in me. It is an honour and a privilege to be part of this club. I have seen them many times on TV and it was always a dream to wear his shirt.
"I was at Real Madrid and I did not have a doubt. I'm proud to be part of the history of Bayern Munich.
"I am prepared. I have not come to waste time, I have come to play. It is true that I have not played much in recent times, but I work well and I am always prepared to give one hundred percent. I am already thinking of Schalke's game and I would love to play."
On his future with Real, Odriozola added: "I live in the present, the present is today and today I am a Bayern Munich player. I come to give one hundred percent and win all the titles. You don't know what will happen tomorrow, so I prefer to continue living in the present."
