Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane has confirmed the fitness of Cristiano Ronaldo and Karim Benzema for Tuesday night's Champions League clash with Manchester City.

Ronaldo missed the weekend's La Liga win over Rayo Vallecano with a muscle problem while Benzema limped out of the match with a slight hamstring problem but the attacking duo will certainly play in the semi-final first leg at the Etihad Stadium.

"We will test everything but the idea is that they will play," said Zidane.

"They have both made good progress and we will see how they are tomorrow. Everyone wants to play these games."
