Real Madrid directors have met with supporter groups in the last 24 hours.

After the dismissal of coach Julen Lopetegui on Monday, caretaker boss Santiago Solari's first game in charge at home will be against Real Valladolid this weekend.

Cadena SER says Real chiefs fear a backlash, particularly for captain Sergio Ramos.

As a consequence, directors have met with supporter groups, including the Grada de Animacion, to urge them not to barrack Ramos during the Valladolid game.

Solari will be on the bench tonight at Copa del Rey opponents Melilla.
